This completion tracking functionality on our platform allows participants to have a visual representation of activities completed and activities still outstanding. Participants have their own tracking timeline to see their progress visually as they complete the course activities.
This feature allows participants to earn points as they complete activities within the course. They also have a leaderboard where they can see their ranking and scores.
Each course has a set of badges that participants can earn. These badges can be earned by meeting the course requirements such as completing activities before due dates and submitting quizzes and assignments on time.
The ranking block allows participants to earn extra points on quizzes, watching video demonstrations, completing assignments and participating in courses.
Activities within each course are linked to triggers. Each participant will receive an email and online alert for activities due. Teachers will receive notifications when participants submit quizzes and when activities are past the due date and ready for marking. An online and offline messaging system is also present on our platform which makes it possible for teachers and participants to communicate.
On the back-end of our Learning Management System, we use advanced AI analytics models. Various models are implemented with different indicators notifying admin when pertinent events occur. These events include participants falling behind, not submitting assignments and quizzes, and not participating in courses. The data related to these concerns is analyzed, and intervention strategies are implemented with the sole intention of not allowing any participant to be compromised.
There is a sequential structure to all activities within our courses, which means that participants cannot jump from one activity to another. Certain activities are restricted and can only be accessed after previous activities have been completed. Before participants are allowed to access quizzes and assignments, they must first complete demonstrations and presentations to gain a deeper understanding of concepts. This way, participants are thoroughly prepared to attempt quizzes and assignments.
